As a Support Engineer, you’ll engage with customers daily through live chat and occasional video conference calls, guiding them toward solutions to their diverse challenges. You’ll be on the front lines of Centercode’s Customer Experience, helping our customers solve problems, learn best practices, and get the most out of our platform. Your insights will help shape our product and documentation, improving the experience for every user that follows.
This is an ideal launchpad for a career in SaaS support, customer success, or product. You'll gain deep exposure to platform workflows, product testing, and user research practices that shape modern product launches.
What You'll Do as a Software Engineer
- Become an expert in our platform and best practices
- Support customers via chat and occasional video calls
- Troubleshoot platform configuration, test setup, onboarding, automations, workflows, integrations, and more
- Communicate platform issues, improvement requests, and use-case challenges internally
- Create and help maintain customer self-help documentation for the Centercode platform
What You Need to Do the Job
- Empathy and a desire to make every customer feel heard and helped
- Enthusiasm for technology and a keen technical mindset
- Clear and organized written communication style
- Familiarity with remote work and a dedicated workspace
What'll Give You an Edge
- Experience working in or supporting web- or software-based applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, driven mindset
- Experience with bug tracking concepts and systems (Jira preferred)
- Curiosity toward technology and efficiency
